Politics; in remembrance of discussions, 1923 May 4.

Notebook with foreword describing how the art and economics of politics effects the worker. Contents of six chapters entitled, The art of politics; The power of the press; The unemployment problem; A dialogue; Shakespear, Lloyd George, and Ramsay McDonald, what they said about the worker; A revised form of commandments to suit the religion of the present system: "Self." The discussion centers around labor and industry, focusing on the needs of the worker. Collection includes a four page handwritten article titled, Capitalism v. socialism and a newspaper clipping from April 16, 1923, Capital and labour, about discussions held at the Dublin Rotary Club. An inserted slip of paper is autographed, To: Doctor Lombard Murphy.
